Island Web Shop Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after checkout and tracking information when your order ships.

United States shipping
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15 when offered at checkout.

Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive approximately 5–14 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or supplier availability.

Split shipments
Island Web Shop works with carefully selected fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple packages.

Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact info@islandwebhhi.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Tracking and delivery
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

International shipping
International delivery is not currently guaranteed. Any international option displayed at checkout may involve longer transit times, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility.
