Island Web Shop Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@islandwebhhi.com with your order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Please do not send an item back without return authorization and instructions from our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because some products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, the approved return address may differ from the address shown on your package.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Final-sale items, gift cards, opened personal-use electronics, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of hazardous materials or recalled products unless directed by us.

Order cancellations are accepted before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or sent to a supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
